Kat Williams, owner of PROnatal Support, provides online and in-home personal training for pregnancy and the postpartum period, childbirth education, and postpartum doula care. With a deep understanding of the body and extensive knowledge of the birth process, she aims to provide information and insights that help build confidence in the perinatal year.
