I am a women’s health coach and integrative physical therapist who is passionate about helping mothers navigate the transition into motherhood. As a mother to two, I intimately understand the challenges new mothers often face. From navigating the identity shift of motherhood, balancing home and work life, to physical and energetic symptoms such as fatigue, burnout, weight loss resistance, low energy, digestive issues, chronic pain, and burnout, I help mothers find balance and joy in their mothering journey.
My work is trauma-informed and based in root cause healing at the nervous system level. I hold a compassionate and non-judgemental space for your healing journey through a unique blend of health coaching and lifestyle medicine. My experience over the past 10 years treating women with chronic pain has informed the work I do today to guide clients back to a place of vibrancy and well-being. My background in women’s health physical therapy, yoga as medicine, clinical pilates, functional nutrition, energy medicine, and sound healing are integrated into a holistic treatment approach tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.
