Sproutable supports parents and caregivers with expert answers, solutions to behavior challenges, inspiration, and energy. They offer tools from the latest social neuroscience and Dr. Jane Nelsen’s Positive Discipline based on Adlerian Psychology. The founders, Julietta and Alanna, are early childhood experts, parents and former nannies with over 15 years of experience supporting families and teaching classes to nannies, parents and preschool teachers.

I love getting people back to mind, body and spirit balance by treating not only the symptom, but the whole person using acupuncture, cupping, moxabustion (all Traditional Chinese medicine modalities) and herbal medicine. I also use Western herbs on a physical and energetic level and teach classes on herbal medicine!  My goal in treatment is to meet people where they are at. Over the years many people have come to me not feeling seen or heard, and creating a safe space for this is very important to me as a practitioner.
