I’m a born and raised Pacific Northwest loving Seattle girl. I love all things outdoors, wood working, and family time. I’m engaged to a man I met when we were 15. We have a 3 year old lab named Bear and live in West Seattle. I specialize in birth photography, newborn and family sessions.
I’m also a trained birth & postpartum doula. I’ve loved caring for babies for as long as I can remember and over the past 5+ years I’ve learned how important it is for parents to have perinatal support. You deserve support throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period. I believe in providing support to help you be successful in whatever type of parent you want to be, without judgement. I am experienced with brand new babies, rambunctious toddlers and even those tweens and teens! I am a pregnancy and postpartum personal trainer and birth doula, living in Redmond, WA and serving the greater Seattle area. My business is born of my own experience in pregnancy, childbirth and return to sport while rehabbing my pelvic floor. I have so much passion for supporting people who are navigating the transition from pregnancy to parenthood, while trying to maintain their sense of self. While trying to continue DOING the things that they enjoy and that make them feel whole.
Nicole is the author and creator of the Staying True to You Journal Series for mothers. These journals provide 40 weeks of guided support through education on whole Self topics, writing prompts for reflecting, goal setting, and gratitude practice. The series includes journals for ever stage of motherhood, such as becoming a new mom or as a working mother. Nicole supplements the journaling experience with online resources, group and individual coaching, with a focus on the mother’s whole Self. Some examples of the whole Self topics are: sleep, support systems, values, nutrition, boundaries, Self-awareness, relationships, and motherhood expectations. These journals help mothers reflect, renew and grow the most important relationship in their life – their Self.
Hi! My name is Angela and I am an East Asian Medical Practitioner (licensed acupuncturist) and Chinese & Western herbalist. I love getting people back to mind, body and spirit balance by treating not only the symptom, but the whole person using acupuncture, cupping, moxabustion (all Traditional Chinese medicine modalities) and herbal medicine. I also use Western herbs on a physical and energetic level and teach classes on herbal medicine! My goal in treatment is to meet people where they are at. Over the years many people have come to me not feeling seen or heard, and creating a safe space for this is very important to me as a practitioner.
