Feel nourished and supported during our sessions together to go over the nitty gritty like diastatis recti, pelvic floor, stress of it all together, to have space and time to just breath, and move appropriately for where you are on your path. When I had my angel two and half years ago, topics that mean the most to me intersected all at once: social justice, underserved population, spiritual awakenings, stress, and mind body connection. I am very proud of being a member of this empowering community.
