I am a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Chef and creator of The Wildflower Kitchen. I specialize in supporting busy women and new mamas prioritize their health so that they can fully show up in their lives, feeling their best. I believe that while good nutrition starts in the kitchen, it goes well beyond what you put on your plate. To me, true nourishment is about understanding and treating your body with respect, feeding it well while allowing for indulgences, and aiming for balance over perfection.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me running along the Seattle waterfront, snuggling with my chocolate lab on the couch with a good book, or trying out a new restaurant with my boyfriend.
