As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Certified Personal Trainer, Catherine Dickson is on a mission to teach women how to change their relationship with food and their health. She gets that being a mama is both rewarding and consuming, which is why Catherine loves working with women who want to reclaim that part of themselves that gets lost in the busyness of life! In her private practice in Lower Queen Anne, Catherine coaches women looking to make major lifestyle changes when it comes to their nutrition, exercise habits, and relationship with food. She also leads Virtual Cooking Classes and a Women’s Hiking Club and would love to support you on your health journey!
